Functions and Conferences
Cut-Off Time
Our event cut-off time is 11:00 PM, and all guests must depart by then. Any overtime will incur a charge of R1200 per hour or part thereof.
Alcohol
We don’t offer a cash bar or allow hard liquor. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, and we ensure every celebration stays joyful and respectful.
Extra Hours
Additional hours can be added at R1200 per hour.
Self Catering
Self catering is available for an additional fee of R800. We kindly ask that you provide all chaffing dishes and catering tools necessary for your catering needs. However, please note that cooking or warming up food (except for in chaffing dishes) on the premises is not permitted.
Guest Count
Our maximum capacity is 50 guests. We cannot accommodate more than 50 guests at any event or function. Children under 3 years old are not counted as guests.
Children
Children must be supervised at all times as we are have full river frontage.

Complete exclusivity for your workshop or meeting (only one function at a time)

Function layout and basic setup with table furnishings based on guest numbers
Use of hall, deck, garden area with picnic benches, and white umbrellas
Choice of round 8-seater or wooden long tables
Choice of covered plastic chairs or wooden chairs
White, beige, or black floor-length table linen and chair covers
Cutlery, crockery, and glasses
Whiteboard with colored markers
Self-catering option available for an additional R600
Car guard for the duration of the conference/workshop
Waiter if catering is provided by the venue
Decor not included but can be rented at an additional fee
Optional decor setup by the venue for an additional fee
