Our micro wedding packages are designed for an intimate experience and limited to 50 guests.

• Extra guests can be added at R600 per person, up to a maximum of 50 guests.

• Children under 12 are half price.

• Children under 3 attend for free.

All additional guests receive the same level of attention and inclusions — from ceremony seating to catering and refreshments — so no one misses out on the magic.

Thank You Gifts for Your Guests

As part of our all-inclusive micro wedding packages, we include thoughtfully curated thank you gifts for each guest — a small token of appreciation to make your day even more memorable. Choose one of the following delightful options:

• A potted succulent with a custom thank you note

• Chocolates in a box matched to your wedding colours

• A box of fudge, rocky roads, or a chocolate bomb

• A candle in a coordinating box with a thank you tag.

Each gift is designed to add a personal, heartfelt touch your guests will remember.

Time Slots for 3 and 4 Hour Micro Weddings 

To offer you the most seamless and personal experience, our 3-hour and 4-hour micro wedding packages are available on Saturdays in two dedicated time slots:

3-Hour Micro Wedding

• Morning: 10h00 – 13h00

• Afternoon: 15h00 – 18h00

4-Hour Micro Wedding

• Morning: 10h00 – 14h00

• Evening: 16h00 – 20h00

Weekday & Sunday Weddings

On weekdays you are free to select any time slot that suits your celebration schedule, subject to availability.

Custom Quotes

Every love story is unique — and your wedding package can be too. If you’d like to add or remove certain elements, or if you’re working within a specific budget, just let us know. We’ll gladly create a custom quote tailored to your needs and vision.

Weekday & Winter Discount

Enjoy a R1000 discount on all micro wedding packages booked:

• Monday to Friday, any time of year

• Any day during June, July, or August

• Excluding public holidays

Perfect for weekday romantics and magical winter weddings!

Alcohol and Bar Service

We provide one bottle of JC Le Roux champagne per table for your reception, along with juice and infused water for all guests.
Prefer a non-alcoholic option? Just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate your needs.

If your guests prefer to bring their own drinks, we offer a dedicated bar area with a barman, ice, and glassware for just R800.

Here’s how it works:

• Guests bring their drinks in cooler bags

• The barman will label each cooler bag and serve drinks to guests from their bags

• No corkage fees apply

• Please note: We do not offer a cash bar

A seamless, budget-friendly way to keep the celebration flowing — without compromising on service or style.

We treasure weddings as sacred moments, so we don’t offer a cash bar or allow hard liquor. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, and we ensure every celebration stays joyful and respectful.

3-Hour Micro Weddings

These packages include our 9ct Harvest Table – perfect for a more relaxed, mingling-style reception without a formal sit-down meal.

The 9ct Harvest Table includes:

• 2 cheeses
• 2 cured/dried meat
• Assortment of savoury/water biscuits
• 2 spreads/pâtes
• 2 pickles
• Fresh fruit selection (seasonal)
• 3 pastry
• 3 meat
• 2 sweet

4-Hour Micro Weddings

These packages include our 18ct Harvest Table – perfect for a more relaxed, mingling-style reception without a formal sit-down meal.

The 18ct Harvest Table includes:

• 2 cheeses

• 2 cured or dried meats

• Assorted savoury/water biscuits

• 1 type of bread

• 2 spreads or pâtés

• 2 pickles

• Fresh seasonal fruit selection

• 1 salad

• 3 pastry items

• 1 bread snack

• 3 meat options

• 2 sweet treats

5-Hour Micro Weddings

These packages include the 9ct Buffet Menu, which begins with a variety of after-ceremony snacks, followed by a hearty buffet-style meal. This option allows for a more traditional sit-down experience.

6-Hour Micro Weddings

These packages include the 18ct Buffet Menu, which begins with a variety of after-ceremony snacks, followed by a hearty buffet-style meal. This option allows for a more traditional sit-down experience.

Need something different?
Both menu options are fully customisable. You’re welcome to request changes, but please note that a buffet requires more time to enjoy properly — we recommend it only for 5-hour and 6-hour packages to avoid guests feeling rushed.
