Terms and Conditions
- Prize is valid for one winning couple only and is valid for a 2026 wedding date (subject to venue and supplier availability).
- Wedding venue prize includes 8-hour venue rental at Forevermore Moments for a maximum of 50 guests.
- Venue rental includes tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glasses, full setup and clean-up, one car guard, and venue staff for the 8-hour duration.
- Venue rental also includes use of the river chapel or riverside ceremony area, with ceremony benches, podium, and an arch styled with draping and silk flowers in your chosen colours.
- Catering, décor, and fresh flowers are not included and remain for the couple’s own account.
- Hair and make-up applies to the bride only. Additional people can be accommodated at an extra cost.
- Prize includes only the items specified in the competition description. Any additional services or upgrades are for the couple’s own expense.
- Date availability and supplier availability will apply.
- Transport, accommodation, legal documentation outside included services, and any additional upgrades not specified are excluded unless otherwise stated.
